Major update

It's been about a month since I have updated this blog. I do apologize to anyone who reads this. I'm I the process of renovatioing my work space at the little vinnie's west side. I have also decided to work at this location as a full time artist. Finksburg is great. Everyone who works at that shop I love like a brother or sister. Vinnie and Richie asked me to help, I'm happy to do so.

Heres some tattoos I've been doing in the meantime. No particular order, no explanation text.

Enjoy!!

Update

So I haven't posted any tattoos in this section in a while. I'm currently in the process of remodeling my new station at little vinnie's westside. It has been a real labor of love. I will post some photos  of the new work space once the renovation is complete.

I'm also in pre convention mode as of today. I am working a local convention in the Lehigh Valley put on by Steve Lemack of Quillian tattoo. This is the first year that the show is at the sands casino. It's a fun show and I'm looking forward to seeing some old friends.

Here's the tattoo in no particular order.

Monday tattoos at the shop

Typically I don't work on Monday. There are a few rare occasions where I'm at a tattoo shop on a Monday. Usually it's the last day of a guest spot or last day in town from a tattoo convention. Today it was because of the weather.

Here are the tattoos I did today. First up is Natasha Reeder. She is the younger sister of my friend the late Jason Reeder. He was an incredible artist and good friend. I was honored to do her first tattoos. Jason we love you brother. ⬇️

The day of Jason's passing, Richie and I came up with this design. His trademark black beanie and the scruffy ass beard will live on forever! Check out the legacy of beautiful art Jason left behind by clicking the link below.

Jason's Work

Next up is some tattoos on Brad. I've apparently been tattooing all of his roommates. Nothing but love for these people. Thanks buddy! ⬇️

Snow day

This is the second day of work I've missed this week due to snow storms in the state of Maryland. I live an hour away from Little Vinnie's Tattoos. Traveling can be difficult in bad weather. I managed to get some work done in my absence.

First up is a new website that I built for Little Vinnie's Tattoos. Vinnie has been a hero of mine for a long time. I'm happy that this point in my career I could do something for him and his shop. Posted below is a screenshot of the homepage. ⬇️

A few walk in tattoos from last week

Here's a few tattoos I forgot to post on here. Having a wife and three kids is another job in itself. My son who is 9 months old can keep you busy. Regardless, I'm always down for the challenge of on the spot tattooing.

First up is the movie reel, this was tattooed at the west side location in one session.

image.jpg

Next up is a redo slash add on. She had the nautical star previously. It wasn't very straight or colored well. I drew the flames on and tattooed her. Before and after photos are posted below.

Tattoos

Here are a few tattoos from this past week and today.

Saturday is a day that I dedicate only to walk ins. Google and pintrest designs reign supreme but on rare occasion, something fun walks in the door. This hot stuff was just that.

These tattoos were from today , I tattooed this young lady and her husband a few months back. She has become a regular client now. She had a basement tattoo done before that needed a repair . The before and after photos are posted below .

Last up is my friend and client Sid. He is always good to me. Soild guy with a lot to teach. It's always a pleasure having him in the shop. His newest tattoo is posted below.

And totally off subject but my little guy went to the barber shop and got his first haircut. So funny!

Dragon tattoo

Tonight's update is brought to you while I'm sitting in my car freezing my ass off . I don't know how cold it is outside, I don't like it. The Dragon portion of the sleeve has taken me 7 hours total divided into two sessions of   3 to 4 hours each. This guy is a real trooper. He has shown dedication to completing his  tattoo. I wish I had more clients like him. Thank you Stephen! I'm looking forward to wrapping up the tattoo next session.

Walk - In Tattoos

I'm never above doing walk-in tattoos. The rules are simple , first come , first serve . Have a proper Id, cash, a solid idea, and faith in your artist's ability . These are a few type of tattoos I do on a regular basis. I never get tired of designs like this, they feed my family . Two of the tattoos featured healed, the other cross with wings is fresh and was tattooed tonight.

Tattoos from today

I started my day at tattooing an hour later than expected. We opened our shop late due to winter storm . My first appointment was the Mandela and it was her second tattoo . She did really really well, I tattooed her younger brother a week prior . Thanks Amanda!

image.jpg

My second client of the day was Jason. I tattooed this guy a few months back. I  tattooed the top of his hand last time he was in town . Today I added a second layer over his knuckles and some filler on his other arm. I'm looking forward to working with him again and sleeving the rest of his arm .  Thanks homie!

Mobile blog

So apparently I can blog directly from my phone, which in theory will be a hell of a lot easier than a desktop . I intend on posting my in progress tattoos in the blog sections. This will give you the most recent of works in various stages of completion.

image.jpg

I'll start with this tattoo and go from there. This is on Jimmy, super nice guy and is getting an entire arm of skull biomech . I couldn't be happier with 9 hours on the arm so far.
